Below you will find common problems and questions regarding our products, if the answer to your problem or question is not found below please use our ticketing system to contact our customer service team.Bluetooth headsetMy phone/Computer/PDA cannot find the Bluetooth Headset.Please ensure that the Bluetooth device is in pairing mode, indicated by and alternating blue and red flashing light. To do this make sure the headset is off, then press and hold the multifunction/on button for 6-10 seconds until you can see the blue and red lights. Now scan for the headset using the device you wish to pair.
I have a BlueNEXT Bluetooth headset and have lost/broken the ear clip can I get a replacement?We can provide a replacement clip for most BlueNEXT models; please contact our customer service team using the ticketing system for further information.
How do I get my BlueNEXT headset to work with PS3?There are to stages when pairing a Bluetooth headset with a PS3 1- Please ensure the headset is in pairing mode (blue and red flashing light).Go to Bluetooth settings in the PS3 menu and search for the device, the pin ‘0000’ when prompted. 2-Once this is done you must go to 'Audio Device Settings ' and change your "Input Device" and "Output Device" to your Bluetooth headset name. Try speaking and watch your "Mic Level" move. Your headset should now be ready to use during game play. For further details consult your PS3 manual.
Wi-fi and Bluetooth donglesWhere do I get drivers for Windows 7?The latest drivers can be downloaded from the Downloads Section of the BlueNEXT website.
My wifi dongle is not being recognised by the computer.Please ensure you have installed the latest version of the drivers and software for your BlueNEXT/MicroNEXT device. These can be downloaded from the Downloads Section of our website.
